Once you complete the intake form which is a combination of information about you and your condition, a member of the medical staff will consult with you, review your patient demographic sheet and make a medical assessment regarding your treatment plan. Once the provider completes your review, your medication will be filled at our pharmacy and discreetly shipped to your address on file at no additional costs to you.
